Come Over, It'll Be Fine

The sands of time drift by, and life is good. When will a calm heart stir, only for a smile or a worry to settle the dust again? Sha He was born in the 1980s. Like the name he was given at birth, the joys, troubles, and delights he has passed through in life will all be transformed into motivation tomorrow. Hard labor in the countryside is joyful; work in the mines is noble. In the city, he constantly feels lost, beset by uncertainty and unease. Now he has become someone even he can't define. He travels between cities, villages, and mining towns, yearning for his dreams amid years of fruitless toil. His early days as a miner remain especially vivid in his memory. Marriage, the very word gives him a headache, is an unattainable dream he can only long for. By the time Huihui appeared, she was the seventh woman he had formally dated. Yet even after pouring all his accumulated experience into the relationship, it still wasn't as wonderful as he'd imagined. Now, I think I like my name even more: Sha He.
