The Enchanting Immortal Wife

The River of Forgetfulness has run dry, and countless ghosts are wreaking havoc in the human world. The Three Realms had only just begun to settle down, but the river’s disappearance plunged them back into chaos. Wangchuan escaped from the Underworld and picked up a son who could eat her out of house and home. To feed him, she waylaid a man and took him for a husband. She thought having a husband meant she’d never have to worry about food or clothing again, but all he could do was bully her. He was useless at everything else. Scene One: “Mother, I’m hungry,” Sansheng said, his chubby face full of misery. “Hungry? What does that mean?” “Being hungry means you need to eat. Once Sansheng has eaten, he can grow taller, and when he’s tall enough, he can protect you.” “Wait here.” A little while later, Wangchuan returned with an armful of rocks and set them down in front of Sansheng. “Go ahead and eat.” “...” Scene Two: “Father, Mother brought home lots of fair-skinned big brothers and sisters.” Sansheng scampered onto Wuyou’s lap. “What?” Wuyou put down his book, stood up, and led Sansheng outside. “What are you doing?” Wuyou asked, looking at the row of rosy-cheeked young men and women. “Our courtyard is too quiet. Would you like some? I can pick out a few concubines for you.” Wangchuan looked at Wuyou with complete sincerity. Wuyou beckoned her over. Wangchuan happily walked up to him, and he swept her into his arms and carried her toward the room. “Hey, hey, what are you doing?” “What needs to be done!” I’m terrible at writing summaries!!! My Immortal Wife of Calamity is the third book in the Immortal Wife series. The first two are Dewdrop Immortal Wife and Heaven’s Fated Immortal Wife. Please show them your support!
