Base

Give me a base, and I can build a civilization.

A base is the culmination of a civilization. It can manufacture any item recorded in that civilization’s history.

The three essentials for a base to manufacture items:

Energy, materials, and technology.

You have a mage god? I have a sniper rifle.

You have dragons? I have advanced mechs.

You have forbidden spells? I’d like to see which is more powerful, a nuclear bomb or a forbidden spell.

You even have a divine domain? Well, let me check the base. With technology a thousand years ahead of Earth, surely it has something that can deal with a domain?

Every civilization has its strengths. You can’t make blanket claims that one civilization is superior to another in every way.

Use your strengths to strike at your enemy’s weaknesses: that is the true essence of this book.
