Heaven and Earth in a Dream

Legend has it that there are two kinds of beings in this world capable of reaching the highest realm of cultivation. One is like the Ancestral Dragon: blessed with heaven-defying talent, pressing ever forward, dominating its age, defying heaven and looking down upon the ages. The other is like the Kunpeng: after glimpsing a higher world by chance, it strives to catch up, dreaming of becoming lord of the skies. It presses on through hardship and rises from despair, at last reaching the other shore and becoming ruler of heaven and earth.

When ancient legends appeared on Earth, they saw hope for immortality. Yet on the lands of another world, they became food for the demon race. When they finally found their own kind, they were treated as lowly slaves...

What is fate?

Fate is how all living beings perceive the world they inhabit. Only by breaking through that perception can they break free of the limits of their thinking and the cycle of reincarnation, thereby influencing fate and changing it.
