I Have a Pair of Divine Eyes

Yu Xiaole never imagined he would one day fly on a sword, move mountains and fill seas, pluck the sun and moon from the sky, or live forever.

He thought they were all just special effects used to fool people in TV dramas.

Then one day, he was struck by lightning but survived, and his eyes underwent a strange change. The man who had been unlucky his entire life suddenly seemed to have downed a tonic that replenished him from head to toe, and charged ahead with boundless energy.

I opened my eyes, and the world was filled with light.

I closed my eyes, and the world sank into darkness.

This story is entirely fictional and rather slow-paced, but it can help pass the time when you’re bored.
