My Master Is Too Cruel

On the night of the full moon, the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, Xie Atu made a solemn decision: she would go up the mountain and seek a master to teach her martial arts. Her goal was to have the passionate master-disciple romance she'd read about in storybooks.

Master: “Pretending to be married is too ordinary.”

Xie Atu: “Oh, so you want something more exciting?”

Master: “Right. You can pretend to be a corpse, and I'll pretend to be the undertaker.”

Xie Atu: “...”

The Grandmaster calls the master in for a talk.

Grandmaster: “My disciple, there's something I'd like to discuss with you.”

Master: “Please go ahead, Master.”
