Doting on My Charming Wife

Synopsis:

The Male Lead’s Version: He’s the head of a publicly listed company, with a wealthy family, a handsome face, plenty of money, and no wife. He’s the perfect bachelor. From eighty-year-old grannies to three-year-old girls, every woman in Ancheng wants to marry him. But he’s never given them the time of day, because he’s just like his name: Leng Qing, cold and aloof.

It’s been two years, and Leng Qing still gets angry whenever he thinks about it. He’d only watched a breakup scene out of idle curiosity, so who can tell him why there was a woman in his bed the next morning? That would have been bad enough, but the woman ran off and left nothing behind except a puddle of blood and a bra on the bed.

Fine. Just fine.

The Female Lead’s Version: Her name is Lixia because she was born on the day of Lixia, the Start of Summer. She’s spent twenty years being laughed at for her name. In her twenty-first year, that name even got her sold off.

Lixia hates her name because her ex-boyfriend pursued her and dumped her because of it.

Because of that name, she also slept with a handsome man, and, what’s more, ended up falling into the hands of a devil.

What kind of world is this...

A job interview brings Lixia back to Leng Qing. Their story began with a ludicrous misunderstanding, and a coincidence brings them together again.

Leng Qing says, “I married her because I wanted to torment and humiliate her, and get revenge for what she did to me back then. I never expected that after I married her, I’d be the one getting tormented...”

Lixia says, “I married him because I wanted someone to feed me, shelter me, and keep me company at night. I never expected I’d end up taking him home too...”

This is a one-on-one romance with no misunderstandings and no love rivals. Come on in!
