The Sun Never Sets on China

During the Victorian era in the mid-19th century, Britain was reaching its peak and would be called the Empire on which the sun never sets. However, a small Chinese pirate leader shouted into the sea breeze: "I want the Chinese to travel in the Atlantic Ocean in the spring, bathe in the Pacific Ocean in the summer, fish in the Indian Ocean in the autumn, and have snowball fights in the Arctic Ocean in the winter." Many years later, a Chinese teacher at a British university shouted to British students in very standard Chinese: "Listen here, Chinese is currently the largest lingua franca in the world. You must learn Chinese well for me. If you fail to pass CET-4, you will never get a diploma. Do you understand?"
