The Great Ye Dynasty

The land of marshes and rivers is drawn into the map of war,

What hope have the people of enjoying life as woodcutters and farmers?

Do not speak to me of earning a lord’s rank,

For every victorious general leaves ten thousand bones behind!

“When the realm falls into chaos, the Divine Register appears; heaven’s chosen sons are forged of iron; across three thousand miles of rivers and mountains, we shall make this life count!”

“I, Muye, will shoulder a burden of a thousand jun, and bear the rivers and mountains for ten thousand miles. I will never let tears drown our fighting spirit or rob us of a man’s mettle!”

“My lord, we, the valiant warriors of Hanyue, wear iron bones and bear proud blood as our frame! We will stain our battle robes with blood, stand beneath the same vast sky, and face death together…”

“If you want to drink the blood and marrow of our army, you’ll have to get past the great blade in my hand first!”
