A Few Things About Finding a God

Even though this is a dream, it's no game. The superpowered boy Ying Cang can control his dreams, but he's nowhere near as powerful as Freddy. All he can do is play around in his dreams as if they were a video game.

One day, after a minor traffic accident, a strange Taoist priest compensates him with a jade pendant. Inside it is a feeble deity who has lost his memory. The deity grants Ying Cang's modest wish, while asking him to help recover his lost memories. And the way to help the deity remember turns out to be becoming an idol!

As he helps the deity, Ying Cang enters the deity's dreams and travels to other worlds. So, while working hard to become an idol, he learns guitar as Chihiro Kosaka in The World God Only Knows, plays Kazusa Touma and learns piano in White Album 2, and gets Haruki Kitahara to use the secret technique "repeat side-step" to the addictive song "Giri Giri Ai"...
