The Prince's Sinful Consort

Her father was an accomplice in a rebellion and was denounced as a sinner for the ages. Just because she was the daughter of a criminal, he declared her guilty! She ran into an old flame and shared a meal with him, and he called her a loose woman who couldn't stay faithful to one man. He said her crime was unforgivable! She fought back, tried to escape, set fires, and poisoned him. When she was caught, she was beaten and locked up. He said she deserved it! She accepted her fate! After all, she was guilty, guilty beyond redemption, and deserved to die a thousand deaths! But is being beautiful a crime, too? He showed her through his actions that beauty was an invisible sin. Yes, she was guilty through and through, born a sinner, so she might as well admit it. A sinful consort? Fine by her! He pointed at her and sneered. “I saved you from slavery. I gave you the chance to scrape by and stay alive. You should be grateful!” Yes, she was grateful. Would kicking him out of bed in the middle of the night count? He glanced at her sidelong. “Everything you have belongs to me. I control whether you live or die! I haven't given you permission to die, so you'll stay alive!” Fine, she'll live. But first, she'll send him to meet the Buddha with a knife. Once he's dead, will she finally be free? He grabbed her. “I indulged your bad habits and taught you to defy me! I'll make you wish you were dead!” Wish she were dead? She already felt that way. What difference would this time make? He seized her. “If you dare be with him, I'll kill you both!” Another threat? Then get it over with! She's already ready to die! He held her. “I'll bear your sins for you. Will you stay?” She smiled and pushed him away. Did he think that saying he'd take responsibility could erase the cruelty he'd shown her? Many thanks to dear n523129 for making a video for Sinful Consort.
