Never, Ever Say Goodbye

What would you do if one day you suddenly found yourself caught up in every trend of the moment,

from online romance and whirlwind weddings to marrying without a wedding and divorce?

How would a woman born in the 1980s face it all and grow through hardship?

This is a generation unlike any other, one that has come of age.

They struggle, they are fragile, but they also take responsibility.

She is gentle, but not fragile.

Her rushed marriage comes at a terrible cost.

Their union is destined to leave scars.

Must the story end with her alone, lost in sadness?

Could there be someone

who finds his way to her after everything takes an unexpected turn?

The first “never,” for you.

The second “never,” for me.

But that “goodbye,” I don’t know who I said it to...

If you understand this kind of life, if you are living it,

then, like her friends, you’ll grieve over what happened to her and marvel at her strength.

More than anything, you’ll want to wish her well, and hope she finds a love that won’t end in parting.

Let’s never, ever say goodbye!
