The Ex You Can't Escape

Synopsis: “If Sijing finds out, do you think he'll still want to be with you...?” Not long after her engagement, her fiancé's former flame came to see her. She could only flee in shame, but the man behind her kept closing in. She had no idea what he saw in her. After all, he'd hated her guts when they were children. “Xie Huan, if you dare marry him, I'll storm into the wedding hall that day and tell everyone you seduced me,” he threatened shamelessly. She was in despair. Damn Zhang Shengguang. Just because he was handsome and everyone liked him, did he think she had to like him too? Even if every other man on earth died, she still wouldn't marry him. He was the one who called her a beggar the first time they met, saying she was ugly and filthy. He was the one who kept showing up to ruin her time with Brother Jing. He was the one who criticized her figure for not being good enough. ★★ Note: This is a slow-burn story… Feel free to add it to your favorites if you like it.
