Unforgettable Song
Literature难以忘却的歌声
Zhang Jingmin
"Every sound comes from the human heart. When the human heart moves, things make it happen. It moves when it is touched by things, so it is shaped by sound..." This is a discussion in "Yue Ji", China's earliest complete system of music theory work. It was written in the Western Han Dynasty and summarizes the Confucian musical aesthetics in the pre-Qin period. It can be seen that as early as two thousand years ago, the Chinese prophets had explained the origin of "the rise of ordinary sounds" in a profound and clear way. It is worthy of being a classic book shining with wisdom in the history of music and thought in the human world. Hequ folk songs and the duo developed on this basis are the best examples. They vividly interpret the profound wisdom of ancient precepts and the eternal truth that transcends time and space. It can be said that it is a "living model" that embodies the aesthetics of Chinese national music!

Why Do People Live?

Suppose I believed in God (which I don't) and I was troubled by the lack of distinction between good and evil. I would ask God to make me smart enough to know right from wrong, but I would never ask Him to make me stupid enough to let others instill in me standards of good and evil. If God had asked me to take on the task of indoctrination, I would have asked Him to give me a choice between that task and hell, and my unwavering determination was to choose the latter.

If you decide to write about Homecoming in this way, you don't have to worry about not being able to write it. I'm just afraid that you won't be able to write it. This requires a broad and profound historical pen, or many pens. Where can I find such a pen? Where can I find so many people? Even if I find many companions, I must devote myself wholeheartedly and keep writing until I die of old age. In this way, I will have the opportunity to stand upright and prove that I am good in front of the aging person given by God. But I still need some time to make this decision.

Chinese prose has a long history. Thousands of years of prose creation, whether lyrical, expressing aspirations, describing scenes, or expressing feelings about people... All reflect the changes of the times and people's thoughts and emotions. These fine traditions of Chinese prose have not only been fully inherited in the new literature since the 20th century, but have also continued to innovate and develop. In order to showcase the creative achievements of Chinese prose since the 20th century, we edited and published 30 kinds of "Chinese Prose Collection" at the beginning of the new century. Since 2005, we have selected 26 types on this basis and published them as the first and second series of "Chinese Prose Illustrated Collection Edition". This time sixteen more species were selected and published as the third volume. Each volume of this series contains 200,000 words, supplemented by several rare photos reflecting his life journey. It can be said that the beautiful text and gorgeous photos complement each other. It is not only a masterpiece for your appreciation, but also a perfect gift for collection.

Life on the Edge
Literature边缘的人生
(hong Kong) Li Shifen
Hong Kong writer Huang Biyun spent many years collecting data and wrote "The Legend of Lie Lao", which is about drug addicts. The novel reveals its love for the little people hidden in the darkness. This article starts with writing from the heart and points out how hard the author tries to enter their world. In order to interpret the stories of these people more truly and allow them to express themselves, she changed her previous violent and bloody creative style. First-person reminiscence narratives, plain interpretations, simple sentences, Cantonese colloquialisms, etc. Can all be said to be artistic expression techniques used to implement this creative concept. In addition, although the male protagonist is in a marginalized corner of society, it does not prevent the author from expressing the human world in it.

Just like an old tree that has lost its body and is hit by a violent storm, entering 1627, the Ming Dynasty became even more precarious. Since the beginning of the year, almost no good news has been introduced into the palace. Numerous uprisings have broken out in Shaanxi and Guangxi and other places. Starving farmers rushed into farms and killed property owners, even the officers and soldiers sent to suppress them. Along the southeast coast, pirates of unknown nationality continued to harass and attack; in Liaodong, which was also the imperial capital. In the country's most troublesome area, the Manchus successfully completed an attack on the Ming Dynasty's troops stationed in Korea, and then unilaterally tore up the armistice agreement reached with Yuan Chonghuan, the Liaodong manager, and put pressure on Ningyuan and other strategic strongholds west of the Liao River. Yuan Chonghuan had to resign in the autumn of this year amid internal and external attacks.

I still remember clearly: On April 5, 1993, the "Zhang Guangyu Art Retrospective Exhibition" opened in the exhibition hall of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts. Surrounded by everyone, the 76-year-old Zhang Ding, who had silver hair, explained on the spot, and he was very excited. Later, at the "Zhang Guangyu Art Seminar", Zhang Ding first In his speech, he pointed out straight to the point: "It is the 30th anniversary of the death of Mr. Zhang Guangyu, a great contemporary Chinese artist, but his art has not been fully recognized by society, has not been promoted, and has not received fair evaluation. We owe Mr. Zhang Guangyu!" When he said the last sentence, the old man's voice was a little choked, and the whole audience was in awe. Next, Zhang Ding questioned a big loophole in the history of modern Chinese art so far - "The main space is to describe orthodox art and artists, Chinese painting, oil painting, Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, Xu Beihong, Liu Haisu, but a large number of magazine painters have little contact. The works of Zhang Guangyu and a group of old artists have penetrated into thousands of households, and their social influence is as great as that of Chinese painting and oil painting."

Wang Xiaorou
Wang Xiaorou's latest joke "Don't Pretend" continues the previous narrative style of "living life as a joke". The text in the book touches on topics closely related to daily life, ranging from the workplace life of urban white-collar workers to a sideways observation of education and parent-child relationships, from the game life wrapped in the Internet to getting along with best friends. Every topic starts from the public concern, without losing the popularity, and presents the most real people's life in a humorous manner.

我去地坛,只为能与他相遇(悄吟文丛)
Written By Yang Heidi And Edited By Gu Shu
"I went to the altar of earth just to meet him" is not the wish of a man and a woman to meet each other in the secular world, but the approach of one light to another, the discovery and seeking of the mind or soul. Heidi walked into Shi Tiesheng's Temple of Earth and discovered the meaning and innocence of literature in Shi Tiesheng's literary field. Therefore, what she saw in Shi Tiesheng's Temple of Earth was an unusually quiet, vast, and vast world of compassion, with flowers blooming, trees green, and fallen leaves returning to their roots. Suffering no longer roars or struggles, everything is buried in dust, and new flowers of life bloom on top of the dust. This is Shi Tiesheng's spiritual world, and it is also the world that Yang Heidi loves. Shi Tiesheng went to the Temple of Earth to face himself, and Yang Heidi went to the Temple of Earth to face Shi Tiesheng's world and herself at the same time.

Xi Xi Zhu Editor-in-chief Gu Shu
"Customs" is a collection of fine essays by writer Xi Xi. Her prose works are smart, delicate, profound and colorful, revealing more of a woman's unique and compassionate observation and delicate tailoring of the world's customs. Here there is an investigation of the history and culture of the Northwest, and a description of the beautiful scenery of the south of the Yangtze River, a perception of social life, and an examination of the heart, a lament for reality, and a nostalgia for the past. There are records of the living conditions of people living at the bottom of society, and reflections on the current situation of education... Xi Xi's prose hides her thoughts on the customs of the world in words that are like flowing water, but have the power to penetrate stone.

"This Life" is a collection of fine essays by writer Wang Yun. Her prose has a wide range of themes, but has a consistent advantage: the language is hers, derived from her discoveries, thoughts and feelings, and she rarely follows the same statements. When writing about personal life experiences, the words are gentle and subdued, concise and restrained, yet penetrating to the bone; when writing about travels in mountains and rivers, the writing is passionate and grand in artistic conception; when writing about watching movies and reading books, the perspective is unique and the thoughts are ingenious; when writing about the humanities of Chu, it is elegant, luxurious, strange and majestic...

Literature荷韵悠悠
Ren Shaoyi
Ren Shaoyi's prose does not have the pretense of "expressing sorrow in order to compose new words", but has the frankness and naturalness of "hibiscus emerges from clear water"; there is no idle moaning in the ivory tower, but the melancholy sadness and indignation of "flowers splashing with tears when feeling the time". Throughout Ren Shaoyi's literary journey, we can see that he followed a plain path where "people don't know but are not surprised", and his people and literature are peaceful and broad-minded, "even if they are gentle". "The two wheels of the sun and the moon are the eyes of heaven and earth, and the sages and sages who have read thousands of volumes are the heart." This is a couplet written by the Neo-Confucian Zhu Xi in Bailudong Academy. It is also a mirror that scholars all over the world can refer to and imitate. "A person can only experience deeper happiness after getting rid of the fear of being manipulated by fate. Even after all the vicissitudes of life, he is still a happy person." This is an insight written by the philosopher Russell for modern people. This is also a portrayal of Ren Shaoyi's life that has gone through many vicissitudes of life. "Lotus Rhymes" is a collection of his works.

Yang Ruixia
At 16:00 on April 25, 2015, I set off from the Nepalese Consulate in Lhasa and headed to Nepal along National Highway 318. The travel agency arranged a Jinbei car. At that time, most of the people in the car were young people who liked traveling and hiking on a budget, a total of twelve people. There are also two Tibetan drivers. The younger one looks like a strong Kham man, and the older one looks dirty. He laughs no matter what you say. As soon as he put on those cool sunglasses, we said he was so handsome that he had no friends. Sitting next to me was a cattle dealer. There was a thin boy named Xiaobai in the car with two bags of water and beer. He said he was going to Nepal to find his girlfriend and give her a surprise. The Jinbei car moved forward with melodious Tibetan songs and everyone chatting and laughing.

I remember that a long time ago, I wrote one or two letters of pledge to quit drinking. Over the years, I have heard from time to time that people have had accidents or died due to drinking. On the road to turning 40, in this spring, I prepared for several days and made up my mind to write this pledge: I will never drink like that again. I can never abuse my body like that again, and I can never waste time and life like that again... I didn't dare to write that I wanted to give up drinking completely.

I am looking for a sunny day to write the following. There was no sunshine in Shenyang for many days. After the snow, the sky seems tired and the clouds are dull. The weather is quite good today, and the sky is neatly cut out from the rooftops. The snow on the edge of the curb turned crispy and turned black, revealing cheese-like holes like people had peed. Willow branches are preparing to suffocate themselves. In such weather, I dare to recall the past events of the 1970s. Yes, I was a bystander as a teenager and saw something. Those days become heavier and heavier as I get older. And if I face the leaden sky outside the window or write late at night, I will feel extremely uneasy, as if I am forced to travel on a road of broken ice trodden by leather boots. What writing on a sunny day means to me is that I have finally got rid of these things. In 1968, I was ten years old. What I recall is what I saw when I was around ten years old. I can't remember the specific year.

This work is a long reportage. Under the initiative of the Party Central Committee, "craftsman" and "craftsman spirit" have become hot words at the moment, and have set off a craze among the majority of enterprises. The author tries to explain and confirm through the description of Jinggong Group: China needs the spirit of craftsman. China's real life is full of craftsman spirit. The craftsman spirit in Chinese history has been inherited in the present. Craftsmen in some fields or parts of China even do better than craftsmen in countries such as the United States, Japan, and Switzerland. As a private enterprise, Jinggong Group is a proof and a microcosm.

Literature胡适:如今我们回来了
Han Shishan
This is a passage Hu Shi wrote in his diary on March 8, 1917. It is marked as line 125 of chapter 18 of "The Iliad". He did not take it directly from the book. The diary states that before the religious reform movement in Britain in the 19th century began, its future leaders, Newman, Froude, and Keble, had long hoped to reform religion. The three of them combined their religious poems into a volume, and Newman used this line from Homer's poem as the topic. The meaning is as follows: "Now that we are back, please wait and see what happens." The diary also said that this can also be a pioneer flag for our generation of overseas students. Many years later, when Hu Shi retranslated this sentence again, he made slight changes.

A century ago, the ideological and cultural innovation movement led by a generation of literati propelled China into the modernization process. From the sixth to sixteenth years of the Republic of China (1917 to 1927), China presented a situation of active thought and splendid culture comparable to the "Contending of a Hundred Schools of Thought" during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. The generation of elites of the Republic of China who inherited the traditional spirit of "scholarship" played a pioneering role in the turbulent current situation, and jointly raised the sky of Chinese culture.

A Woman with a Fragrant Soul
Literature灵魂有香气的女子
Li Xiaoyi
A book of inspiration for women to cultivate their hearts. The legendary lives of the goddesses Lin Huiyin, Lu Xiaoman, Zhang Ailing, Su Qing, Song Meiling, Ruan Lingyu, Hu Die, Xu Guangping are narrated. In the eyes of the world, they are all excellent and fragrant. However, who knows that behind the scenery is strange hardship and bitterness. There are no legends in the world, and all happiness has a black tail. May we understand other people's stories and live our own lives well. The fragrance of the soul means that you are kind to others and do not wrong yourself. When you don't feel the same friendliness, you have the ability to turn around and leave. The soul has fragrance when you cherish yourself and know how to make yourself happy. Even if you choose the wrong career or lover, you can correct your mistakes immediately. The soul has fragrance, which means it can move forward and retreat freely, and it is appropriate and moderate. Don't twist or tense up, and make peace with life. The soul has fragrance, which is investing in yourself. Only by having a broad vision can you tolerate the differences between others and your own growth. ... I hope that we, who are not perfect, can all be women with fragrant souls.

Without any information for reference, he used his amazing memory and a sincere and simple style to describe his life experience in detail for more than 40 years. South Asia Trip to Three Countries
Literature南亚三国行

In March 2006, Lao accompanied a delegation organized by the Council for the Promotion of International Trade to attend the Asian Business Summit held in Mumbai, India, and visited Sri Lanka and the Maldives. I have traveled to Europe and Russia and experienced the scenery of Europe. I have long been fascinated by the South Asian customs, which belong to the same Eastern civilization but are very different from China. I took this opportunity to travel with them and visit the three countries in South Asia. The main destination of this trip is India, but the first stop abroad and the last stop before returning home are Sri Lanka. I stayed in Sri Lanka for three nights and toured for two full days. Sri Lanka is known as "a shining pearl in the Indian Ocean". In just two days of sightseeing, there were only a few glimpses, but the overall feeling was that the trip was worthwhile.

He used to be "my" support, a father who refused to remarry for his daughter, worked hard and kept giving. Later, he suffered from moyamoya syndrome, mental decline, and could not even remember who his daughter was, and became an old child who needed "I" to take care of him. The author describes the time spent with his sick father in warm and lovely words. There are pains and joys, warmth and sadness, but because of love, warmth and joy often overcome the pain and sadness of life. As for this love, as the article says: the so-called parents and children are just a reincarnation of seeing each other off.
