Jiang Xun began writing a series of mythological stories in 1988 and has completed a total of eighteen stories. He has spent more than thirty years helping himself fulfill his greatest wish. Through the metaphors of fairy tales, we understand the invisible parts of ourselves, whether it is cruelty, desire, unfulfilled happiness, or the ultimate passion in the ordinary. Perhaps, only by using the various human natures in legends as a mirror can we see the true meaning of life clearly.
