Crystal Age
Science Fiction结晶纪元
The Sea Reflects The Waning Moon
In 2030 AD, the predicted climate tipping point has not been late. The Antarctic ice sheet is collapsing at an unprecedented rate, and the crazy rise in sea levels swallowing up coastal cities is just the beginning of the disaster. What's even more frightening is that ancient pathogens that have been frozen for millions of years have resurfaced, and with the circulation of the atmosphere, they turn into deadly spore clouds and sweep across the world. Humans call it "crystal-eating virus". The method of infection is simple and hopeless - inhaling high concentrations of spores, or being bitten or scratched by those "crystal phages". Within an hour, the infected person's heart will completely crystallize and become a cold, hard crystal core that constantly emits a faint blue light. What follows is the complete annihilation of reason, leaving only the most primitive desire to devour living creatures (especially uninfected humans). What's even more desperate is that no matter bullets, artillery shells, or even the ultimate weapon, nuclear bombs, they can't be completely destroyed. Explosions and radiation can tear their bodies apart, but as long as the crystal heart is not completely vaporized, the remaining crystal core can absorb energy from the environment (even radiation energy), slowly regenerate, and even give birth to more twisted and powerful mutants. The world collapsed in a matter of months, and the flames of civilization flickered.

My Recipe for Fear: Add More Cilantro, Thank You
Science Fiction我的恐惧食谱:多加香菜,谢谢
The Sea Reflects The Waning Moon
The world is plunged into a "nightmare materialized" disaster, and all human fears will turn into entities and devour cities. And I was horrified to discover that the only way to fight against the monster was to cook the ingredients that others feared most with my own hands-- The night I made a dish using the spider that my sister was most afraid of, she cried and begged me not to cut open the weeping suckling pig. My hand holding the kitchen knife kept shaking: "I'm sorry, but this is the only way to save you..." --As a result, the monster burped after eating, and said critically: "It's overheated, and... Didn't you add salt?"

Slime Brood
Science Fiction黏液母巢
The Sea Reflects The Waning Moon
Wan Jiangjiang woke up and found that the entire building was covered in giant slug slime. The neighbors screamed and were dissolved into nutrients. She calmly took out the lighter and said: "Barbecue smell, crunchy." A chuckle came from deep in the slime: "Human, you are funny." She raised her eyebrows: "Is it interesting enough that I want to give you a caesarean section?" When the flames ignited, Wan Jiangjiang discovered that the monster embryo conceived deep in the mucus had exactly the same face as hers.
