Su Zhiliang Chen Lifei Yao Fei

161K0

The "comfort women" system was a system in which Japanese militarism forced women from various countries to serve as sexual tools for Japanese soldiers during its invasion of China and Asian countries, and systematically equipped the Japanese army with military sex slaves. Shanghai was once the city with the longest and most concentrated existence of Japanese military comfort stations. From 1993 to the present, the author team discovered 172 Japanese comfort stations in Shanghai based on wartime Japanese and puppet archives, Japanese documents and books in China, memories of Japanese veterans, wartime Chinese newspapers and periodicals, testimonies of Chinese victims and witnesses, and through on-site verification. This book will become another strong evidence against the wartime crimes of Japanese militarism.
