In 2009, Shen Xingxing was forced to set foot on the land of the Golden Triangle and became a truck driver delivering counterfeit goods to drug dealers. After he witnessed his friend being shot in the head by an extremist, and his boss slitting his subordinate's throat in public, and a series of events that seemed like a lifetime ago, Shen Xingxing decided to flee back to China overnight and surrender, and assisted the police in cracking down on the drug trafficking chain that had been entrenched in the mountains for many years. He recorded the people and things he experienced in the Golden Triangle in the following story. All the contents of this book come from the author Shen Xingxing's real experiences in the Golden Triangle area from March 2009 to April 18, 2010.
