About This Novel
In 2009, Shen Xingxing was forced to set foot on the land of the Golden Triangle and became a truck driver delivering counterfeit goods to drug dealers. For 397 days, he lived with drug dealers, gamblers, and the Burmese underworld. Before this, he had never thought that the real world was so bad. Street vendors make soup from poppy shells, drug addicts lie on the roadside covered with needles, and monkey brains, bear blood, and tiger meat are bloody delicacies. In just twelve chapters, each chapter and story can have an immersive trembling and explosion feeling. Except for the last chapter, which talks about the protagonist's hesitation and hesitation in escaping from Phnom Penh Slope and the twists and turns of surrendering when he returns home to avoid revenge.
