This book probably aims to prove that Northeast China belongs to China based on historical records, so as to refute the Japanese fallacy that "Han and Mongolia were not part of China's territory in history".

"Lecture Notes on the History of Ancient Chinese Literature" is divided into 11 lessons according to 11 topics. These 11 lessons introduce in detail narratives, general theories, poetry divisions, the lingering sounds of Chu Ci, the composition of the twenty-eight chapters of the "Book" passed down by Fu Sheng, the earliest literati, Jia Yi, scholars, the origin of five-character poetry, etc. It is a reading material for young students to learn Chinese traditional knowledge.
