"Selected Readings of Chinese Historical Documents" is a collection of famous ancient Chinese documents compiled by Li Ping, professor of the Department of History at the University of Macau. The book is divided into eight units according to the content, namely: Death of Lips and Coldness of Teeth, Famous Scholars and Righteous Deeds, Seeking Talents, Su Wu and Li Ling, Praise and Criticism Are Difficult to Determine, All Living Beings, Women's World, and First Acquaintance with the West. The selected articles are all articles that discuss the characters, events, systems and laws in ancient Chinese history. The traditional and simplified articles selected in the same unit complement each other and are difficult to distinguish. In order to reduce the difficulty of reading, each article has detailed interpretation, annotations and translations.
