Not long after his daughter Lingling was admitted to the University of Toronto's business school, Yue Ming formally filed for divorce from Mo Yan - that day was only one and a half months away from their twentieth wedding anniversary. In fact, for a long time before that, Yue Ming had stopped going to Mo Yan's bed. Mo Yan knew that Yue Ming was counting two dates with his fingers, one was the date when the two lived apart under the same roof for two years, and the other was the date when his daughter Lingling left home to go to college. As the two dates came closer and closer to them, she felt that his excitement was like the February soil. Although the surface was still covered with thin ice, there was already thousands of spring feelings underneath. She guessed his prison-breaking expectation from his flickering eyes. During those days when he was waiting, her eyes often pounced on him unexpectedly like a hunter.

Fleeting Story
General Fiction流年物语
(add) Zhang Ling
Stories in the fleeting years, stories in the small town, accompanied by the water of Oujiang River, day and night. You seem to have seen it all, but you seem to have seen nothing. "The Story of Time" is about poverty and fear, but also about illusion and truth, desire and morality, persistence and compromise, pursuit and disillusionment. What is lacking in this novel with many clues is love - the kind of pure love that we long for when we are eighteen. Every man and woman they meet in the book has their own ulterior motives.

Lilac Street
General Fiction丁香街
(add) Zhang Ling
"No. 3, Dingxiang Street, Murong's family, private seal!" The postman shouted at the top of his lungs, halfway on his motorcycle, toward the courtyard door. At this time, the sun had just risen, but the people doing Tai Chi, walking birds, and drinking soy milk and eating glutinous rice and fried dough sticks were all gone. Those who should go to work have already left on their bicycles. Those who didn't have a good job were busy washing rice and washing vegetables under the tap at home, preparing lunch and dinner. A busy alley suddenly became deserted. The grandma of the Ding family ran out of the house in a hurry. Now the postman is getting more and more impatient. He called twice but no one answered, so he ran away as if he had put on a hot wheel. The registered letter sent by An An that day was just because the delivery was a little slow, so I had to wait for a week to get it.
