Hearty laughter, red face, burly figure, two small cone-shaped feet, walking with arms thrown out, "whooshing" in the wind. By the time I remember, she had lost all her teeth, but she still spoke with a loud voice and clear enunciation. Part of it was probably due to her deafness.
