Hearty laughter, red face, burly figure, two small cone-shaped feet, walking with arms thrown out, "whooshing" in the wind. By the time I remember, she had lost all her teeth, but she still spoke with a loud voice and clear enunciation. Part of it was probably due to her deafness. She seemed to be wearing a loudspeaker when she was doing household chores. My mother, second brother, and several nephews also have loud voices, perhaps because of her inheritance. She is my mother's mother - my maternal grandmother, we call her "Grandma" here.
