My favorite is survival in the wilderness. I am in awe of nature (rather than using the wilderness as a slap in the face. The protagonist is still in awe of nature even though he has reached the limit of human beings). How to survive is written in detail (rather than just pushing it with golden fingers). There are live tasks and rewards, some audience interaction, the scale and length are well grasped, and the emotional drama is also very good to me (it surpasses the author's other literary and emotional dramas). Currently, I don't have a meal replacement here.
When I was a kid, I really enjoyed reading "The Enlightenment of Wenzhao Gong" several times. When I remembered it, I came here to re-subscribe, but from my current perspective, the writing and characters are very childish hahh
It started out as a cool story from the perspective of the protagonist. Later, the focus was on how different people face the protagonist. The protagonist in turn becomes an object without many thoughts of his own. Others want to control the unconscious gods based on greed, fear, and hope. But even if the gods themselves are not malicious, the direction of events is always unsatisfactory, so people are afraid, panic, and fanatical... There is a feeling of using black humor to tell a fable story. I like it very much. It is not the rhythm of ordinary Internet articles. It's just that the ending was too rushed, and it felt like the author wanted to finish this poorly written book as quickly as possible. But then I thought about it, this sudden happy reunion is just another kind of weirdness.
