Something Is Off About the Empress

At first, Xia Yuxin wasn't sure that his younger brother, Li Yu'an, was her husband from her previous life. But the more she looked at his face, the more familiar it seemed.

Reading notes:

1. A touch of angst and an ensemble cast. The female lead and the second male lead both transmigrate. Note: they transmigrate, they are not reborn.

2. Set in a fictional world, with some original worldbuilding. Rival kingdoms clash and heroes rise in troubled times. The dynasties and place names in the story have no connection to real history.

3. The world of the story has three martial clans: Anmen Manor, Tanghe Manor, and Luming Manor. There are seven rival kingdoms: Dai, Gao, Liang, Wei, Wu, Ye, and Qi. Important: the male lead is the crown prince of Qi. When the male and female leads first meet, he is merely a young lord of a city in a remote, desolate borderland, abandoned there and nearly tortured to death by illness. The female lead starts out as a wandering orphan and saves him by chance. Both leads have secrets about their origins.
