The story begins in the summer of 1991, when Evelyn Winter receives her acceptance letter to Hogwarts.

Ever since she could remember, she had known that in 1981 an evil dark wizard had taken her parents from her. He and his followers had killed many innocent and brave people. Fortunately, Evelyn was a lucky girl. Her loving aunt raised her, she had a warm-hearted uncle and a large family of cousins, as well as a kind godfather and good friends she'd grown up with. She was raised surrounded by love and had no need to envy anyone else.

Evelyn knew she was destined to be no ordinary girl. She was a brave and resourceful witch. No matter what the future held, she wouldn't be afraid. She would carry her mission on her shoulders, living on for her parents and all those who had died, and forever stand on the side of justice.

There would be many challenges along the way. She would encounter goodness and evil, light and darkness, all difficult to put into words, and sometimes she would feel troubled and lost. She would gradually begin to wonder: Were all Gryffindors truly good? Were all Slytherins truly bad? If two people loved each other, did that mean they would end up together? She couldn't find the answers.

But Evelyn firmly believed she would keep walking this path forever. At Hogwarts, she would find unexpected friendships, and perhaps love as well. She would never forget her original purpose and would follow the path she chose.

No matter what, never forget the choice you made at the beginning.

Tips:

The heroine is a typical Gryffindor. She'll join the trio and take part in many major plotlines. This is the coming-of-age story of a young witch.

There are original storylines and characters, and some events from the original work will be changed. I hope everyone can have a happy ending.
