A cold, "heartless" bisexual top who lashes out and scratches people, and a ruthless bottom. Neither is a perfect character.
Small-town fiction
Two young people depend on each other to survive in a small county town.
Jiang Qiansui would clean He Zongdai's wounds with disgust in his eyes, cursing him viciously: "You dumbass, if you get beaten up again, don't come to me!"
He Zongdai wrapped an arm around Qiansui's slender waist. "Qiansui... does it hurt?"
"That was ages ago. Why bring it up now?" Jiang Qiansui's hands slowed. His slick fingertips gently brushed He Zongdai's eyes, again and again. "...I've forgotten it already."
He Zongdai grabbed Jiang Qiansui's wrist and measured his finger with his own. His calloused hand slowly rubbed against the pale skin until it turned pink, then stopped.
Later, He Zongdai somehow got hold of a ring. While Jiang Qiansui was asleep, he quietly slipped it onto his ring finger. Then, in the moonlight shining through a broken window, he gazed at it for a long while before lowering his head to press a reverent kiss to it.
After that, Jiang Qiansui stood beside one of the few bus stops, holding a transparent umbrella as he watched He Zongdai board. The wheels rolled past, splashing dirty water onto his clothes, as if they wanted Jiang Qiansui to remember it all.
A year later, Jiang Qiansui had cut his hair. Through the glass, he said calmly to He Zongdai, "I'm leaving this place. Don't come looking for me."
"Or I'll hate you for the rest of my life."
