When Mo Caihuan Met a Fairy [A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality]

Mo Caihuan has met a fairy three times.

The first time, she took the Warm-Sun Jade to look for Brother Han, but a beam of light stopped her. That was the fairy's first appearance.

The second time, she begged Brother Han to take her along to cultivate immortality, but he refused. The fairy appeared once more.

The third time, she stared blankly at the Youth-Preserving Pill Brother Han had left her. The fairy appeared again.

Does having no spiritual roots really mean you can never cultivate immortality?
