With that gentle voice, Shen Lin, the son of a longtime family friend, walked in. His gaze landed on the wrist Zhou Yan was holding, and his smile turned cold. "Zhou Yan, forcing someone isn't a good habit."
"Forcing him?" Zhou Yan ground his thumb against the fresh red mark on Cheng Qibai's neck, staking his claim. "Cheng, Qi, Bai, that's not what you were saying last night."
Cheng Qibai was just about to snap back when another derisive voice came from the doorway. "Tsk, what a lively scene."
Zhou Yan turned and met the sinister gaze of Lu Yu, a rising star in the business world.
The rival CEO Cheng Qibai had once taken advantage of was now leaning against the doorframe, his voice suggestive. "President Cheng, when are you going to make good on the 'compensation' you promised me?"
Zhou Yan narrowed his eyes. Before he could speak, Cheng Qibai's phone buzzed again.
A message flashed across the screen: [Baby, I'm waiting for you downstairs. See you there.]
It was Cheng Qibai's damn ex, whom he had broken up with years ago, but who still refused to disappear from his life!
Zhou Yan exploded. He turned off the light on Cheng Qibai's phone, pressed close to his ear, and gritted out, "Cheng Qibai, if you dare leave with someone else today, I'll cast the video of you secretly kissing me while I was asleep back in school on a loop across the lobby of Cheng Group."
Cheng Qibai was startled, then furious. "You were pretending to sleep that time? No, wait, you filmed me without my permission?!"
Zhou Yan: "Yeah. And I filmed a lot more than that. Want to see?"
