Yun Wuyue is a couch potato, in the literal sense.
She was originally a fish in a mountain pond. To be precise, she was a loach.
One day, she took human form and got a System. The System told her that if she could claim first place in her sect, she'd earn a Soul-Returning Herb, a supreme treasure of heaven and earth.
But Yun Wuyue looked at her only weapon, her fish tail.
Then she looked at her opponents.
Her eldest senior sister is a domineering hero who transmigrated from a female-dominant novel. Her daily mission is to raise her sword and shout, "Never look down on a poor young man!" Challenging opponents above her level is as easy as eating or drinking.
Her second senior sister is the heroine of a lucky darling novel, beloved by all. Heavenly treasures leap into her storage pouch of their own accord, and she can find ancient legacies just by walking around.
Her third senior sister is a big spender who piled spiritual stones and magic treasures on herself until she reached the Golden Core stage. In battle, she has so many magic treasures she could crush people to death with them.
Her little junior sister is the protagonist of a genius-leveling story. At fifteen, she can take on primeval giant beasts alone, and the entire sect dotes on her like she's the apple of their eye.
As for Yun Wuyue, she's average in talent and luck. Her only golden finger is a useless System that only knows how to say, "Please strive to be first!"
Yun Wuyue: "...The Soul-Returning Herb doesn't matter. My life does."
System, do I look like I can beat this bunch of heaven's favorites?
Maybe I should just lie flat.
1. A satisfying, lie-flat cultivation story where the underdog levels up and wins with ease.
2. The ratio of women to men is 100:1. All cultivators are women. The remaining 1 is made up of beautiful mortal men, who serve as rewards for the heroine or as decorative companions.
3. An ensemble story, roughly about a group of passionate young people venturing out into the world.
An adventure about leveling up and fighting monsters, with my own take on cultivation: women embody the way of heaven and earth. They are naturally gifted at sensing spiritual energy, and more readily attuned to heaven and earth, making it easier for them to attain the Dao and ascend.
Theme: Be brave, strive for what you want, and keep a positive attitude.
