[The title and blurb may be revised]
A raging fire reduces the Emperor's Island Prison, known as a "den of demons," to ashes, and 128 high-security prisoners vanish without a trace.
A month later, reports come in from around the world of the criminals committing crimes again. Their brutality leaves people in a state of panic.
Qi Xi, the only prison guard to survive the fire, is released by the authorities on the day before she is due to be executed for "dereliction of duty." She is ordered to capture or kill every high-security prisoner and earn credit for her crime.
Thus begins Qi Xi's pursuit.

Years later, inside a solemn church, a man in a denim jacket asks, "Who is Qi Xi?"
With an almost fanatical, adoring gaze, the priest recites the titles the world has bestowed upon her, as if he might prostrate himself in her direction at any moment:
"The strongest bishop of our Lord,
A spiritual mentor in the aesthetics of violence,
A tenth-level scholar of decapitation,
The sun that never sets,
The impregnable wall of Andrut,
The undisputed ruler of Emperor's Island,
The woman closest to God!"
The man in denim takes out a book. "But I heard all those titles came from a book she obtained when she was young. It contains the supernatural abilities of everyone in the demon prison on Emperor's Island that she manages. It turned her from an ordinary junior prison guard into the so-called 'god' you all worship."
At this, the man in denim laughs. "And now, it's all mine."
He expects the priest to look horrified and astonished, but the priest only looks at him with pity. "It seems you don't know how this book was written."
The man in denim frowns. "Does that matter?"
A long, strong hand abruptly rests on his shoulder.
The man in denim turns around, stiff with fear, and sees a woman.
At the same time, the priest's voice slowly rings out:
"You have to bring the person with the supernatural ability before this book, cut off his head as an offering, then use his blood to trace the formation stroke by stroke and record it. Guess..."
Before the book existed, how did Qi Xi do it?
The priest doesn't finish the sentence, because the man in denim, the one who needed to hear it, has already stopped breathing.
The priest looks at Qi Xi and asks respectfully, "Would you like to record him in your 'Honey Sweetheart Pink Little Notebook'?"
Qi Xi replies lazily, "His crimes are too minor. He doesn't deserve it."
She is, after all, the warden of high-security prisoners.

Reader's guide:
1. Cyberpunk and supernatural abilities. The heroine is a local, a really cool big sister.
2. The male lead came up with the notebook's name, which should tell you what kind of person he is (not really).
