[I'll write this next. Feel free to add it to your reading list. It should be a healing, nurturing story.]
Xia Qian, twenty years old, unemployed.
On her first day working part-time collecting debts, she ran into an incredibly difficult family. She failed to collect the money and was forced to take their half-beaten son to the hospital.
It cost her a bit of money.
You have to get your money back from somewhere. Resting her chin in her hand, she pondered how to recoup the expense from the little fellow, whose face was covered in bruises.
But later, Xia Qian not only failed to get her money back, she even brought him home. She thought that she still hadn't become the kind of adult she'd always wanted to be: one whose eyes were fixed on money.
After failing to collect her first debt, Xia Qian set out to collect a second one, determined to get paid this time. On the way, she saved a rich kid who was trying to kill himself.
She looked at the luxury watch on his wrist and thought, This is it. My big break is just around the corner.
As she gazed at the rich kid with keen interest, he said, "My father kicked me out. If you don't mind, I can repay you for saving my life by giving myself to you."
Xia Qian's smile slowly faded. "No, I do mind."
In short, three homeless people formed a strange family and began a chaotic life together.
