Is Cultivating Immortality in the Jujutsu Kaisen World a Joke?

[Comments open! No restrictions!]

Kamiya Raiko's life is peaceful and happy.

He has a cheerful mother, a kind stepfather, and a gentle stepbrother. His life is harmonious and wonderful.

Then one day, someone claiming to be from Tokyo Jujutsu High comes to invite his stepbrother to join their school.

Only then does Kamiya Raiko connect his stepbrother's surname, Geto, to the villain from an anime he watched in his previous life, the one who turned evil and massacred his family.

The good news: Kamiya Raiko has awakened a System, so he probably won't die.

The bad news: This System is a little messed up.

[Ding! Beginner quest: Deal with the fox demon nearby.]

A fox demon?

Seriously? Where's a fox demon supposed to be?

System! System?!

[Ding! A nearby secret realm has been detected! Host, please explore it as soon as possible.]

A secret realm? What secret realm?

Wait. Samoyeds are fox demons?

And a secret realm means a cursed spirit's domain??

Once Kamiya Raiko figures out that this System has a screw loose, he starts taking the initiative.

"Fight me, Gojo!"

When he sees that the System doesn't respond, Kamiya Raiko changes his approach.

"I have long admired you, young master. Would you care to spar with me?"

[Ding! Sparring with a sect prodigy triggered.]

Oh no, he's really turned into some young man from a period drama.

In the end, after Kamiya Raiko abandons all shame and becomes the strongest in the world as a young man from a period drama...

"At first, I just didn't want my brother to turn evil. How did all the danger end up coming for me instead?!"
