Hua Chao and the System were notorious in the System world for not paying back what they owed. To avoid getting beaten up by the whole crowd, they hurriedly accepted a mission that had never been completed before: the target of the conquest was money. To make as much as she could, Hua Chao used the System to pose as a deity in ancient times.
In the fifth year of the Jing Kingdom, drought had plagued the land for three years, leaving the people in misery. Hua Chao abolished human sacrifice, executed charlatan priests and priestesses, and cracked down on corrupt officials. She used goods from the System Shop to bring rain and end the drought. Then she went to the capital and backed Crown Prince Chu Ningjun in his struggle with the two chancellors, drove out foreign invaders, put an end to natural disasters, and cleansed the court. She helped the crown prince consolidate his position and transformed the political landscape, using the System to spur changes and development in the politics, military, social economy, thought and culture, imperial examinations and education, literature and the arts, science and technology, and everyday life of this historically weak dynasty.
