Four and a Half Rose-Colored Fantasies

Original work: The Tatami Galaxy

Pairing: Ozu/Me

When I was a bona fide freshman, the University Consumer Co-op wrote "Shimogamo Yuusui Manor" as the answer on the housing preference form I submitted.

It was in this three-story wooden building that looked like a ruin, in my own four-and-a-half-tatami room, Number 110, that a mysterious event took place on the night I moved in. It was spine-chilling, yet fortunately it unfolded like a young-adult fantasy light novel rather than a horror movie.

After witnessing my own utterly ordinary campus life four times over, my rosy fantasies had probably dwindled to the point where the aroma of coffee lingered in my mouth after I'd finished drinking it.

Maybe someone like me might accidentally stumble upon a rosy life that all my other selves never got to experience?

"It only counts if you bump into a black-haired girl, doesn't it? Who wants a rosy life with Ozu?!"

Theme: What is your golden opportunity?
