After School, Let’s Kill Ghosts and Make Money!!

Hua Ye Ying, 16, is an ordinary high school girl in Class 2-A at Zhino National High School, and an absolute workaholic.

One collision in the early hours of the morning left her with no choice but to sign a special part-time contract for the sake of money: 3,000 yen an hour, a 99.9% mortality rate, work-related injuries covered, psychological trauma not covered.

By day, she's a top-ten student in her year. By night, she's a hard-nosed demon hunter armed with a UV lamp.

"Hey, old man, it's the Reiwa era. You're still cosplaying?"

Hua Ye Ying stared at the demon, whose mouth stretched all the way to his ears, and sighed before continuing:

"Even underground idols in Akihabara have better makeup than you."

"Young lady! Today's training is to eat twenty pork cutlet bowls!" Lianyu Xing Shoulang slapped the table.

Hua Ye Ying opened her copy of Nutrition:

"Based on the calorie count, that's equivalent to..."

"Burn, youth!"

"...The thing that's burning is my stomach."

Demon: "I'm going to eat you!!!"

The girl pulled a calculator from inside her haori:

"Your bounty puts a price of 150,000 yen on your head. Surrender now and I'll take twenty percent off... Tch, does the bounty go down as you get older?"

Theme: Even in the narrow spaces of reality, you must fight for the values you believe in, even if your calculator always says you're in the red.
