The protagonist is a Fourth Disaster type who reconstructs the real world through a city-building game. This is a secret identity story, and there is a chance their identity will be exposed. The protagonist loves playing city-building games and discovers one that seems really fun. But from humanity's perspective, it is actually invading reality. It can build bases in the real world where humans can survive, fight natural disasters, and save humanity.
