Da Bai had heard a secret ever since he was little: he didn't belong in a chicken coop. He was a Rutin chicken, native to the tropics.
To escape his original coop, he sharpened his claws, taught himself chicken-style Wing Chun, and learned Cantonese and a Taiwanese accent from watching TV.
One day, after eating his fill and beating up all the little roosters again, Da Bai heard his owner sigh.
The exhausted owner muttered to himself, "If I release a Rutin chicken into the wild, will it make its way back to its tropical homeland?"
Da Bai knew that tonight was the night to set sail and make his escape.
