Ten years ago, Reborn left the Vongola, taking with him the final words, "Training is over."

Ten years later, Sawada Tsunayoshi, now the Vongola Tenth, is dispatched by the Ninth to enter Nova, a fully immersive world: a digital nation called a game, built on the bones of reality.

Time in Nova passes half as fast as it does in reality. People lose themselves in it, using it to "extend" their lives and build a second existence. He is tasked with scouting the place, but beneath the virtual sky screen, he finds himself facing an unexpected reunion after all these years.

A sniper hidden behind a mask, whose turn of the head is as familiar as yesterday; a traveling merchant with a different face.

Those old feelings still lie quietly, deep within their consciousness.

Without knowing one another's identities, they fight side by side once more, growing familiar amid the clamor and tentatively questioning each other in the quiet.

But are these "reunions" in this world arranged by fate, or another way for time to make amends?

Though a thousand miles apart, they feel close; in reality, they have drifted away.

To meet again in this world: is the flame still burning, or will it all end when the dream breaks?
