When they first met, he seemed so dejected, nothing like the person he was on the field. Imogen looked through the footage she had saved back then, then tilted her head to watch Mr. Ricardo beside her. Out in the yard, he was intently using some nuts he'd just bought to coax a squirrel down from a tree. He noticed her watching and gave her that familiar smile.
