[Sultan's Game: Female-Oriented] Fragrant Overflow

The Sultan is always prone to sudden whims, and he was no different when he was young.

Today, Damara has brought four guards along on a hunt. Well, they’re just four companions for now. And what do you know? What have they found? What treasure lies hidden beneath a lion’s corpse?

“I bet it’s a corpse. Someone dumped a body out in the wilderness... Don’t go over there, good dog. Come back, you’ll get sick.”

Faris furrows his brow. It’s just an ordinary remark, but a single sentence is always enough to pique Damara’s interest and spark his second sudden whim of the day.

“Let’s make a bet. Whoever wins gets the prey in that bundle, whatever it is.”

“What do you think it is? Some kind of strange beast? A horse with two horns, maybe, or a snake with wings?”

Jebal ponders for a while.

“But it’s too small. Maybe it’s a young one. Or just part of one.”

No one can refuse Damara’s offhand joke. In the future, it will be the weight of the Sultan’s authority; for now, it’s just friendly banter.

“I guess there’s a corpse in there.”

Seriman gives the same answer as Faris, after careful consideration.

“Hey, how about something different? I bet there’s a person in there. Alive, breathing, and just born.”

If Nabuhani had known that his cleverness would shape the next dozen years of his life, he would have wished he hadn’t been so quick-witted.

You = Anbara (Anbar, Arabic for “fragrance” or “ambergris”), Nabuhani’s adopted younger sister, whom he raised himself. You’re sixteen, white-haired, red-eyed, gorgeous as hell, and smell amazing.

A wild Mary Sue mashup, but no breaking up Tume.

The main character is a flirt.

In this version, the Sultan is 35, Jebal is over 40, Faris is 37, Nabuhani is the same age as the Sultan, and Seriman is 32.

The Sultan’s real name is Damara.

Nabuhani adopts you as his younger sister when you’re 19. The Sultan takes the throne at 27. Eight years later, Tutu starts playing the game for the second time.
