A Cute Girl Sleeps with the Horror Multiverse (GB + Horror and DC/Marvel Crossover)

I'll put off writing the synopsis a little longer.

It should be about a cheerful, sunny little blonde girl using her wits to fight serial killers, witches, and vampires.

I might pair her with a lot of characters.

Damon from The Vampire Diaries

Dean and Sammy from Supernatural

Constantine, young Batman and old Batman...

Theme: Cute girls can be plenty dominant too
