A short historical romance, written for practice.
An alternate Tang dynasty.
The deposed Li Tang crown prince x a noblewoman of the Cui clan of Qinghe
Ten years of longing that never faded, ten years of giving everything, ten years of separation and loss.
Only strong liquor and grand dreams can offer a moment's respite.
Immortals are born with hearts full of love; though Penglai is far away, love can still reach across the distance.
The roots of love endure every trial, neither life nor death can sever them. In the end, they are reunited.
The mortal world is fleeting; in the heavens of Trayastrimsa, love lasts even longer.
Unlike dreams in the mortal world, where joy and sorrow mingle, and kindness and love all come to nothing.
Theme: Life is precious
My writing has always been so moving.
Ahhhhhh, why do you have to die 😭 😭
