This is something the people of Gotham know without needing to say it. Then one day, a curly-haired man breaks all the rules. He fights for justice and stands up for the oppressed. He has no powerful family backing him, but enjoys high support among voters [?!

Scene Two:

"Mr. Gintoki, with your abilities, Gotham is far too small for you. Would you be interested in making a name for yourself in New York?" A mustached man with caramel-colored eyes makes him an offer.

Gintoki was about to refuse, but then he saw Tony Stark hold up three fingers and instantly agreed with a fawning smile.

Dick: Holy crap! B! Someone's stealing our man!

P.S. Most of the story takes place in Gotham, but it's not limited to that.

"Is that so, Scotch?" I pretended to stroke my chin thoughtfully. "How about I talk to Boss and get him to put you under me? Don't worry, even Gin can't do anything to me."

Bourbon, who had just arrived, looked conflicted.

Just when I was thriving as an undercover agent, I ran into the Tenth Generation from ten years in the future.

They got younger and left me behind! After getting kicked a few times by baby Reborn, I came to my senses. Turns out I have to help them complete their trials.

The main fandoms are Detective Conan and Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, with other anime as well. The protagonist is a capable, strong, sarcastic office worker, and a total heartthrob. The male lead is mentioned in the blurb.

1. Shuuichi Akai and Akemi Miyano won't get together. Some character deaths in Detective Conan will also be averted.
