This is a strange world. The universe rebooted, causing the people on Earth to vanish into thin air. The world's consciousness had no choice but to recruit actors (scoundrels, schemers, and liars) everywhere to keep things developing as they had been, until the world could truly be destroyed and its original inhabitants rebooted back into existence.
After Batman successfully went offline, Red Kite was finally released from Phantom Prison. There was just one problem: his landing point was wrong.
