On the first day of vacation, Ren Dongzhen dragged Xia Chunsheng to a karaoke bar.
In the air-conditioned private room, the cool air cut through the stuffy heat, while a faint scent of peach blossoms drifted in and out.
Ren Dongzhen sat in a triangular chair in the shadows, cradling an old-fashioned, dark red wooden guitar, and sang “Big City, Little Love” with feverish enthusiasm.
Xia Chunsheng never told her that she had seen her flushed ears and barely concealed delight that day.

On the day Xia Chunsheng planned to quit, her boss, who had been taking advantage of her, dragged her along to the last interview of her career.
Following the principle of throwing caution to the wind and not caring what happened, she didn't look at the interview prep notes at all before heading straight to the venue.
Then she came face to face with the interviewee.
Oh my, I know this person!
Unflappable x Has to get the last word

I've been too busy lately, so I need to stay hidden for a while⊙_⊙
I estimate that I can finish the revision by the 6th at the latest, and I will post a new chapter after the revision is completed.
There is something to say when you climb up. I was typing the next chapter and suddenly felt really uncomfortable. The chapter I am writing now is very important, it is a turning point for two people. I want to write about the feeling of redemption, but I am not strong enough to write the feeling I want. It's so uncomfortable, that feeling of powerlessness is really about to overwhelm me. I feel that after I finish writing this book, I really need to read more books, see the world, and communicate with people. Otherwise, I will be full of words and unable to write, which is too painful. Okay, emo is over, I'm going to sleep.
