Honkai: Star Rail Anaxa and Bai E fanfic, Sentinel/Guide AU, Sentinel Bai E x Guide Anaxa, with Tree of Life group platonic relationships. Please avoid if that's not your thing.
Blurb:
The apocalyptic "Black Tide" suddenly descends. As an academy that trains Sentinels and Guides, the Sacred Grounds of the Tree of Life takes on important educational and research responsibilities. Yet this vital academy has a teacher who is both notorious and exceptionally capable: Anaxagoras.
That woman Aglaea suddenly sends over two Sentinels who can't manifest spirit entities: Bai E and Caidie.
Orphans picked up from the Black Tide? This could be interesting.
Theme: Pursue truth, pursue true love.
