Wild, untamable bad-boy top × aloof, proud, sickly beauty bottom
Celadon vs. Wild Dog
1v1 / Both virgins / Younger top / Happy ending / Slow-burn romance
[Blurb]
My name is Wu Chong. I'm twenty-two, and my life motto can be summed up in three words: Don't tell me what to do.
After the old man cut off my credit cards, I reluctantly took the job: accompanying a rich kid on a trip. I figured, what's so hard about dealing with some spoiled young master? I could handle one with my eyes closed.
Then I nearly lost my cool the moment we met.
Wen Boyu looked like a piece of jade in a museum. I asked him about the itinerary with a cigarette between my lips. He frowned, stared at me for a long moment, then said, "Mr. Wu, please don't smoke in front of me."
Damn, who was he trying to impress with all that high-mindedness?
But he always picked the wildest routes, heading straight into the most godforsaken mountain valleys. I deliberately cranked the rock music up to full volume. He just set down his poetry collection and gazed blankly out the window. I got drunk on barbecue skewers in the middle of the night, and he actually fell asleep with his head on his knees by the campfire.
The most unbelievable thing was that, one time, I woke up after a brutal hangover, having thrown up until the world spun. I found him sitting by my bed, a damp towel clutched in his hand. He'd stayed there watching over me all night.
...What a pain in the ass.
Eventually I stopped deliberately picking fights and even shamelessly started making advances. He neither rejected nor encouraged me. Only when he was in a good mood would he say a few extra words.
Until one day, I lost my mind and confessed to him outright.
He turned me down.
I cursed him out in a rage, but he simply gazed at me, the firelight reflected in his eyes like inscriptions I would never be able to read.
Later, I slammed the door and stormed off. Half an hour afterward, I came back and found him collapsed on the floor, unconscious.
I don't remember how we got to the hospital that night. All I know is that while the doctors hurried him into the emergency room, several nurses half-dragged me into another ward...
Now that liar is leaning against me, light as a feather.
He says, "Wu Chong, I'm sorry."
Back then, it was as if I'd become someone else. There was only one thought in my mind: I had to take him to see the snow that never melts in Ying Valley.

A note on how the terminal illness trope can still have a happy ending:
1. Wu Chong's mother died in an accident when he was seventeen. If Wen Boyu didn't survive in the end, the outcome would be too cruel for Wu Chong.
2. Wen Boyu does have a terminal illness, but it hasn't progressed to the point of being untreatable. Modern medicine can prolong his life.
Here is the blurb for my next novel:
Su You'an was reborn. He returned to the rainy night when he discovered he was the fake young master.
In his previous life, after stumbling upon the secret that "Su You'an is dead," he went from a pampered young master to a prisoner, and was ultimately shot dead by his father.
Given another chance, he turned around before reaching the cemetery, but lost control and crashed in the downpour. When he woke up, Le Qing, the Empire's most dangerous general from the Holy Capital, was pointing a gun at his temple.
"Who sent you?"
Su You'an promptly toppled to the ground. "My head feels so dizzy..."
He managed to fool everyone except Le Qing.
They met again at the military academy's shooting range. Su You'an fired blind with his eyes closed, and the bullet hit the bull's-eye. Le Qing grabbed his wrist and dragged him away in front of everyone.
At his private residence, Le Qing looked down at him. "Who are you, really?"
Su You'an blinked. "You're hurting my hand."
Le Qing scoffed and was about to press him for answers.
Su Dao'an pushed the door open and stood in front of Su You'an. "General, I've come to take my younger brother home."
Two months later, Le Qing cornered Su You'an again.
The tall, broad-shouldered man advanced step by step, leaving Su You'an nowhere to run. He looked up with a bright smile. "I only just found out that being a general of the Holy Capital is actually a cushy desk job."
Le Qing tossed him a ring. "If you don't want to keep living under the Su family's watch, I wouldn't mind having another general's husband in the house."
The next day, news of their marriage alliance sent shockwaves through the Holy Capital.
Their grand wedding was adorned with roses stretching for miles, and a military motorcade arrived to escort them.
Only Su Dao'an was absent. He spent the entire night getting drunk in Su You'an's old room.
1v1 / Both virgins / Older top / Happy ending
[Reading Notes]
1. Top is 189 cm, bottom is 176 cm, with a difference in build and skin tone.
2. Both are strong characters, though the bottom spends the entire story in a weakened state.
3. Su Dao'an's feelings are one-sided throughout.
Theme: Reclaim dignity through ruin, and find freedom again through love.
Secondhand smoke harms the health of others 💔
This bitch really doesn't know how to respect people, nor his wife, nor his children. I suggest that the word "education" be copied a hundred million times, a hundred million times [angry]
If nothing else, it's impossible for his wife to have contributed nothing to this family, right? Just one sentence to completely negate everything about someone else? 💔
It's so good to read, I like it so much. When I saw this, my wife's writing was really good. Life is better than anything else 😭
Does this old guy know how to write the word respect for people?
After watching too much, I see that everyone looks like the same [question mark]
This guy is really worthless [angry] Doesn't it count as a foul to stop the car with malicious intent? [Question mark] It's just a competition, killing people's lives is too much, right? [Rolls eyes]
I want to see Xiao Wen's perspective [Let me be healthy]
Hahahaha, so cute, baby
My life is coming to an end 😭
