The Cat Coin Exchange Wish

For the past few days, Jiang Chixiao had been having the same dream over and over.

In the dream, a huge cat that looked like it had been digging coal wailed in a sugary voice, "Darn it! You're not my owner."

"Waaah, Mimi sent a dream to the wrong person!"

The giant cat in the dream sobbed as it rambled on about all sorts of things Jiang Chixiao couldn't understand.

The cat was crying so noisily that Jiang Chixiao had no choice but to patiently ask what was going on.

The coal-digging cat explained that it was a cat about to be reincarnated. It had worked for a month on Meow Planet in the heavens and finally saved up enough cat coins to send a dream to its original owner, so he could come pick it up when it was reincarnated and they could keep living together.

He looked at the red mark on the back of his hand, right where the cat's punch had landed in the dream, and fell into thought.

Well, since the cat was so silly it couldn't even send a dream to the right person, he might as well do it a favor and look into whether there really was someone named Jiang Xiaochi who shared his birthday.

Jiang Chixiao wasn't worried about looking into it until he did, and was shocked.

There really was someone named Jiang Xiaochi in Haishi who shared his birthday, and Jiang Chixiao was one of his creditors.
